As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation on labor and employment law matters.
Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on a wide range of labor and employment law issues
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation proceedings
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents
- Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations
- Provide training to clients on labor and employment law compliance
Requirements: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Proven experience in labor and employment law
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
