3+ years of experience through senior-level experience to join a strong Labor & Employment team handling sophisticated matters for employers across a variety of industries.
The role will involve a broad range of
Labor & Employment responsibilities, including employment litigation, client counseling, workplace issues, and advising employers on day-to-day employment matters.
Requirements:• 3+ years of Labor & Employment experience
• Prior law firm experience preferred
• Experience handling employment litigation and/or employer counseling matters
• Experience with discrimination, retaliation, wage & hour, workplace policies, or employment disputes preferred
• Strong ability to independently manage matters and work directly with clients
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
