Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• 7 years of experience in leadership roles.
• Experience in implementing large scale change across diverse organizations.
• Track record of training plant personnel in Lean principles and tools.
• Ability to motivate teams in challenging environments.
• Experience with unionized workforces.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational metrics are well known and discussed in meetings.
• Monitor financial performance through daily P&L review.
• Guide development of process plans regarding personnel and resources.
• Set expectations and provide corrective action to achieve operational goals.
• Manage cost reduction initiatives and capital projects.
• Maintain productive relationships with union representatives.
• Partner with leadership to develop continuous improvement strategies.
• Establish new work standards using lean principles to drive savings.
• Develop metrics and dashboards for key performance indicators.
