The L&D Consultant will partner with leaders and SMEs to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that support firm priorities. Youll assist with the management of training programs end-to-end while building strong relationships and continuously improving learning solutions.
The role.
3 Partner with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to plan, schedule, coordinate, develop, and execute training sessions
3 Assist SME with managing resources and materials
3 Partner with SMEs, training committees, and leaders to assess learning needs, design strategies, learning goals, and blended learning approaches aligned to firm initiatives
3 Develop learning materials (e.g., facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, and multimedia content)
3 Manage timelines and internal workflows for recurring and non-recurring training sessions
3 Recommend, in collaboration with L&D leaders, effective instructional methods and ensure effective learning logistics are considered
3 Work with SMEs to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions
3 Support HR projects, including project planning, execution, progress tracking, and reporting
3 Build strong relationships across teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
The Qualifications.
3 Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field required
3 4+ years of experience in learning and development, training design/delivery, or training project management
3 Experience in a professional services environment preferred
3 Strong expertise in instructional design, project management, and learning delivery systems/media
3 Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with Visio preferred
3 Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
3 Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive results
3 Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
3 Ability to influence stakeholders and adapt communication to diverse audiences
3 Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Please review the position description for the applicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries among individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $63,000.00 - $100,000.
