The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a cleared Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist in support of a Joint Interagency Task Force (JIATF) that reports to the Deputy Secretary of Defense, to better align authorities and resources to rapidly deliver Joint C-sUAS capabilities to America's warfighters, defeat adversary threats, and promote sovereignty over national airspace.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop KM strategies, methodologies, governance structures, SOPs, and digital workflows aligned with JIATF's current and emerging needs.
  • Build and maintain SharePoint and other collaborative environments across multiple classification domains.
  • Implement industry best practices for knowledge capture, transfer, and dissemination across staff sections.
  • Facilitate cross-directorate information flow to accelerate learning and reduce duplication.
  • Produce leadership-ready KM reports, dashboards, and visualizations showcasing trends, insights, and operational learning.
  • Contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with information assurance policies and perform regular audits to safeguard data.
  • Continuously review and enhance KM practices to align with current and future organizational needs
  • Point users toward existing training resources.


Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in IT or similar
  • 4 years of experience providing KM support
  • High competence in the use of SharePoint and O365 and use of KM tools


Desired:
  • 7 years of experience providing KM support
