EXPERIENCE:

Professional experience in the role or similar: 7 years

Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, managing similar activities

Highest Education Level: Bachelor's degree

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

DEVELOP LONG-TERM TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS

Establish and maintain long-lasting, trust-based relationships with key clients or a portfolio of clients.

UNDERSTAND CLIENT NEEDS

Gain an in-depth understanding of key customer needs, challenges, and requirements to offer tailored solutions.

EXPAND CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS

Continuously propose solutions that align with clients' objectives, driving growth and increasing business value.

BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

Develop strong strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to identify opportunities for mutual value creation and synergy optimization.

ACTION PLAN EXECUTION

Deploy and execute action plans defined by the Sales Manager to meet sales and customer objectives.

SUPPORT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the proper development and delivery of products and services that meet client specifications.

KPI MONITORING & ANALYSIS

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) defined by the Sales Manager to ensure the achievement of targets.
