What you will enjoy doing*- You will manage all sales and service activities for key health system accounts
- Implement and monitor cost savings initiatives for key customers is part of your role, as well as to execute sales and service improvements outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW)
- Develop, track, and review KPIs with key account stakeholders
- You will leverage Linde resources to support SOW implementation
- Build and maintain strong relationships across various roles, levels, and locations
- Introduce new technologies and coordinate with the Linde Met Fab Team
- Further, you will play a key role in: Increasing wallet share (equipment and clinical products)
- Support Value Analysis Team (VAT) initiatives
- Evaluate and implement modality changes (e.g., Bulk and Microbulk)
- Optimize operations in areas including On-site inventory management, safety stock for specialty items, Service and delivery efficiency, Site gas services, Microbulk capabilities, Research and development initiatives
What makes you great - You have a Bachelor's degree preferred in Welding or a technical field; high school diploma required
- Five to seven (5-7) years of outside sales experience in competitive B2B environments is preferred
- Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
- You have strong commercial negotiation skills in industrial and / or medical markets
- Proven accountability for driving and growing top-line sales revenue
