You will be ESSENTIAL to many FUNCTIONS including (in no specific order): - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned operator accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
- Understand clients' operational needs and maintenance requirements.
- Work closely with sales team members to coordinate maintenance, repair, and overhaul services
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to include reviewing and adjusting maintenance schedules based on needs and site capabilities
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet client expectations, ensure adequate staffing, and equipment availability during their visit
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts in partnership with the appropriate sales team member(s)
- Develop strategies to expand service offerings and enhance customer experience
- Contribute to new business acquisition efforts
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and contract performance/compliance
- Resolve contractual issues, disputes and resolve client concerns promptly
- Translate complex technical information between MRO teams and clients
- Stay informed about aircraft maintenance trends and regulations
- Provide technical advice and solutions
- Track and report on KPIs for each account
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and service delivery
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular satisfaction surveys and reviews
- Implement and utilize scheduling software to maximize efficiency
- Develop and maintain a long-term maintenance forecast for each account
- Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English
What you'll need to bring with you: Your Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Your Experience:5+ years in aircraft maintenance or account management
Strong understanding of corporate aircraft operations and maintenance
Experience with maintenance scheduling and capacity planning in an MRO environment
Proficiency in using scheduling and resource management software
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Attention to detail, strong organizational, and time management skills.
