Your RoleAs a Key Account Lead, you will lead a portfolio of high-value, complex protein accounts across the midwest and eastern regions in the US, serving as a trusted partner to customers and a key contributor to Cascades' growth strategy.
You will:
- Own and grow strategic, high-volume accounts with long sales cycles and multi-site complexity
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies to drive revenue, retention, and market share
- Identify and lead growth opportunities across products, geographies, and customer segments
- Negotiate large-scale agreements and influence senior decision-makers
- Act as the primary relationship owner, ensuring strong customer engagement and satisfaction
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and customer service to deliver value-driven solutions
What You BringYou're a natural fit for Key Account Lead if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience (packaging industry strongly preferred)
- Proven success managing large, strategic account portfolios (3+ years), ideally in meat packaging, CPG, corrugated, or related industries
- Strong track record of negotiation, growth, and relationship management at the senior level
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence key stakeholders
- Comfort with travel up to 40% within the U.S.
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with CRM tools
