Qualifications

• B.S. with 7 years or M.S. with 5 years or Ph.D. in a scientific discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in cell-based assay techniques.
• Strong oral presentation and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in recording accurate and compliant data for cGMP, GLP, GCP processes.
• Understanding of biotherapeutic regulatory requirements and expectations.
• Ability to react productively to change and various essential tasks.

Responsibilities

• Exercise technical discretion in executing and interpreting experiments.
• Make detailed observations and conduct elementary data analysis.
• Perform troubleshooting on experiments and analyses.
• Maintain and update knowledge of lab instrumentation.
• Ensure accurate notebook documentation and writing.
• Stay familiar with current scientific literature to enhance professional expertise.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals; adhere to safety requirements and training.
• Perform 96-well cell-based assays using absorbance, luminescence, or fluorescence.
• Maintain multiple cell lines without contamination, applying aseptic techniques.
