Position Details

Engadine Consolidated Schools is seeking an energetic, student-centered educational leader to serve as our next K-12 Administrator. The K-12 Administrator will be the instructional leader and the first point of contact for teachers, instructional support staff, students, and families.

Position Summary

The K-12 Administrator works collaboratively with the Superintendent and instructional staff to foster a culture of academic excellence, continuous improvement, and positive student outcomes. The successful candidate will be committed to supporting staff, building strong relationships with students and families, and advancing the district's mission of Prepare. Connect. Empower. Succeed.

Qualifications

Required
  • Master's Degree
  • Michigan School Administrator Certificate (or eligibility)
  • Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate
  • At least five years of successful teaching experience

Preferred
  • Prior administrative or leadership experience
  • Experience with instructional coaching, curriculum, MTSS/PBIS, and school improvement

Experienced applicants with leadership experience who commit to enrolling in a state-approved administrator preparation program within six months of hire are also encouraged to apply.

Contract & Compensation
  • 195-day administrative contract
  • Starting salary: $80,000-$85,000 (commensurate with experience and certification)
