What You’ll Be Doing The Junior Full Stack Developer role will be providing full stack development support to a highly successful and capable agile team that provides operational dashboards to a major federal government health care organization. The team is constantly developing new features and capabilities that will provide an excellent opportunity to enhance existing skill sets.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
2–4 years of experience in full-stack web development, with hands-on experience building and maintaining web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins CJE) and DevOps practices
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
Agile-oriented approach to engineering and operations, including the ability to work effectively in a flat organization and navigate ambiguity
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and initiatives
Ability to independently research, evaluate, and recommend solutions for continuous improvement, including new frameworks and infrastructure requirements
Comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone to evaluate, test, and implement new technologies and frameworks
Passion for building scalable, highly available software solutions, with a proactive approach to automation, issue detection, and problem resolution
Embraces a continuous improvement mindset: fail fast, learn fast, and improve fast

The salary range for this position is$80,000 - $100,000. The actual salary will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
