Roles & Responsibilities
• 1-3 years of experience in ETL/ELT and Data Warehousing principles utilizing Datastage and/or python and snowflake and dbt
• Organize and schedule meetings with business stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and define problem statements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify corrective actions and recommend data-driven solutions to business issues.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business problems and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Prepare, present, and communicate key findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance ad-hoc reports, standard reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Identify root causes of business issues and create supporting data analyses to validate findings and recommendations.
• Design, develop, and manage databases, data models, and SQL Server solutions to support reporting and analytics requirements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Build and maintain statistical models to generate insights from historical business data and performance trends.
• Analyze product, sales, and operational data to identify high-performing products and business growth opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytical outputs.
• Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, SAS, Cognos, or similar platforms to create visualizations and dashboards.
• Create professional reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and continuous business improvement initiatives.
Base Salary Range : $80,000 to $100,000 Per Annum
