We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented
Junior Attorney to join our growing legal team in our
Upland office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to expand their litigation experience while working on a diverse range of legal matters, including contracts, discovery, and complex business transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize contracts and legal agreements
- Support litigation matters, including case preparation and strategy development
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on a variety of legal matters
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Qualifications (Required)- Licensed attorney in California (Nevada licensure a plus)
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Experience handling and responding to written discovery
- Strong experience with contract drafting, review, and analysis
- Ability to work on-site in our Upland office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Experience- Commercial real estate law
- Mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
- Familiarity with Nevada gaming law (highly desirable but not required)
