Job DescriptionYou will be the JTN Site Integration Lead for the Johnstown Operations team which is responsible for overseeing all functional activities under Johnstown Operations and liaising with Enterprise Functional Leadership.
What You Will Be DoingAs the JTN Site Integration Lead you will be responsible for coordinating and executing key operational strategies across functional groups.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support execution of the Manufacturing System to ensure smooth production flow.
- Develop and execute an Operations AIP strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
- Coordinate budget and staffing inputs across functional leadership to meet resource needs.
- Manage capital planning and execution, driving investment decisions.
- Oversee constraint management and schedule compliance for downstream LOB customers.

Basic Qualifications- Experience working in a Production Operations and/or Manufacturing environment
- Leadership Ability: proven capability to lead cross functional teams, mentor talent, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Experience developing business strategies and tactical plans to achieve production objectives: Safety, Quality, Cost, Schedule, and Staffing.
- Experience working in a Collective Bargaining Union environment and partnering with a represented workforce

- Excellent analytical skills / critical thinking

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $131,500 - $231,840. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
