In this role, you'll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and coordinate cost-savings projects within the Released Product Management (RPM) organization.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of ongoing projects and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between Project Management, Released Product Engineering, R&D, Quality, Operations, and other functional areas.
  • Manage project dependencies, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Review project status and budgets and prepare comprehensive status reports.
  • Identify project issues, assess risks, and develop effective resolutions to support productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish mechanisms to monitor project progress and proactively address issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, line management, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive initiatives from strategy through execution while balancing business objectives, resources, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Develop and implement business plans, operating policies, processes, and standards aligned with organizational objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
