Full Job Description
The Responsibilities

Lead a team of full-stack developers in the implementation of product features which directly drive value for our customers.
  • Collaborate with our Product and Project Management teams to design & deliver new product features that improve the customer businesses.
  • Contribute to architecture, instrumentation, & performance decisions.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team and personal learning.
  • Discuss with customers to convert their needs into product requirement documents.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis of new feature requirements.
  • Review and manage product backlog to prepare for the Agile Sprint Planning.
  • Participate in the Agile demo sign-off and retrospective meetings.
  • Carry out the feature release process including writing the release documentation and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Train sales engineers to learn the new feature.
  • Engage in all phases of the SDLC.
  • Coach software developers on software development best practices.
  • Deeply passionate about collaborating with others to help optimize a team's performance and build strong leaders.

The Requirements
  • BS degree in computer science or relevant experience.
  • A solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
  • A minimum of 3+ years development experience.
  • A minimum of 3+ years product management experience.
  • Track record of delivering strong results in large scale/complex software development projects.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals, including project metrics
  • Hands-on management of projects and their outcomes, rather than passively collecting and reporting metrics.
  • Strong ability to identify potential issues and dependencies early.
  • Quickly facilitate mitigation plans, alternative approaches and communication of risks.
  • Customer service orientated mindset.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence is required.
