Role Summary
We are seeking a certified Journeyman Instrumentation to join our team in a camp-based oilfield maintenance role. This position supports industrial instrumentation maintenance work, requiring strong troubleshooting ability, independence, and a safety-first mindset. Ideal candidates bring solid oilfield experience and are comfortable working rotational shifts in remote environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial oilfield instrumentation systems
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete field maintenance tasks safely and efficiently
• Ensure all instrumentation work is completed to safety standards and operational requirements
• Support accurate completion of field documentation and reporting
• Follow all site-specific safety procedures and regulations
• Collaborate with site teams to maintain equipment reliability and uptime
• Demonstrate initiative in identifying and resolving maintenance issues
Qualifications / Requirements
• Certified Journeyman Instrumentation
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance and industrial oilfield instrumentation experience
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused work ethic
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Valid safety certifications required: CSTS-2020, H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, Fall Protection, AWP, WHMIS 2015
Job Details
• Hourly Rate: $45 (Journeyman Rate)
• Working Hours: 10 hours per day
• Overtime: After 8 hours per day
