This position requires applicant to have an active Colorado Electrical Journeyman CardElectrician Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Must have full and complete knowledge of how to best interpret and read project blueprint drawings. •
- Must have the ability to layout any room or area with NEC compliant devices, luminaires and control. •
- Must have knowledge and understanding of how to install all raceways and adhere to NEC compliant wiring methods. •
- Must be comfortable working with your hands and a variety of tools. •
- Must be able to troubleshoot and repair existing electrical wiring and systems. •
- Must be self motivated and show great initiative. •
- Daily Job Site Flexibility - Ability to adapt to daily changes and mobilize to multiple job sites as needed. •
- Educated on NEC compliance. Ensure installation efficiencies and standards. •
- Production - Monitor and manage field production and implement paths to improvement.
- Quality vs. Quantity. •
- Best Practices - Improve processes & policies in support of Company goals.
- Monitor adherence to current policies. •
- Safety - Lead by example. Enforce and promote all company safety policies and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: •
- Colorado Journeyman Electrician License
