  • Integrate kinetic and non-kinetic effects (cyber, electronic warfare, information, and space) across the joint targeting cycle, ensuring effects are nominated, de-conflicted, and assessed across domains.
  • Maintain the global-integration perspective: track multiple joint targeting cycles and battle rhythms across combatant commands and translate lessons and best practices between theaters.
  • Provide JADO and non-kinetic effects subject-matter expertise to TTPs, CONOPs, policies, and workflows.
  • Support requirements articulation and supporting products for joint fires integration.
  • Advise the Site Lead and government leadership on cross-domain effects integration and de-confliction.
  • Occasional travel to Stuttgart Germany (USEUCOM)

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Deep JADO knowledge and working experience across one or more joint targeting cycles and command battle rhythms.
  • Understanding of kinetic and non-kinetic effects de-confliction and the joint targeting cycle.
  • Proven ability to translate operational concepts into doctrine, processes, and integration products.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and knowledge management skills
  • U.S. citizen.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Background in cyber, electronic warfare, information, or space operations.
  • Experience supporting multiple combatant commands or joint-staff-level effects integration.
  • Familiarity with JFN, IJFC, CJADC2, and ABMS.
  • Familiarity with Maven Smart System (MSS) and its associated tool suites
  • Weapons School or PME graduate; Joint Targeting Course or Target Development Course.
