JEMA Engineer
The Opportunity:

As a JEMA Engineer, you'll advance organizational objectives to standardize, automate and accelerate complex, repeatable GEOINT workflows. You'll help drive multi-source intelligence normalization, increasing analytic efficiency and enabling rapid, consistent, and scalable data integration across mission workflows.

What You'll Work On:

• Design, develop and automate GEOINT workflows to streamline multi-source data processing.
• Implement workflow standardization practices that increase repeatability, reliability, and analytical throughput.
• Build and maintain tools, scripts, and services that support end-to-end intelligence normalization.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and mission partners to translate operational needs into automated technical solutions.
• Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend modernization approaches.
• Ensure developed capabilities meet applicable security, technical, and performance requirements.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical field such as workflow engineering, automation engineering, or geospatial systems
• Experience with Python, data processing frameworks, and workflow automation tools
• Experience building repeatable workflows within secure or mission-focused environments
• Knowledge of geospatial data formats, spatial analysis workflows, and data transformation pipelines
• Ability to document, communicate, and present workflow logic clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geospatial Information Science, Data Science, or Systems Engineering

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with JEMA-related capabilities, GEOINT-specific tools, or enterprise workflow orchestration systems
• Experience in analytics modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise automation scaling
• Experience supporting similar classified mission environments or multi-source intelligence integration
• Knowledge of distributed compute environments, containerization, or microservice architectures

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
