Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in project management, particularly for infrastructure projects
• Proven track record in large-scale server and file server migrations, especially to MS/SharePoint Online or O365
• Prior work experience in highly regulated sectors such as asset management or financial services
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to be assertive during discussions
• Experience in data center migrations or Azure-related projects is a plus
• Familiarity with Blackrock Aladdin software is required

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
• Plan and coordinate large-scale server and file server migrations to cloud platforms
• Ensure compliance and alignment with regulations specific to financial services
• Facilitate communication and collaboration using Jira and Confluence
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies during project execution
• Coordinate with external vendors for data center migrations or Azure-related tasks
