As a Sales Optimization Vice President for the Sales Optimization team within Wealth Management, you will use quantitative analysis to diagnose performance across the lead-to-conversion journey and translate insights into measurable initiatives. You will partner with data, analytics, and technology teams to deliver workflow-ready capabilities for advisors, including clear definitions of success metrics and measurement plans. You will align stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing to drive decisions and improve conversion and productivity.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Diagnose lead-to-conversion performance using quantitative analysis, funnel diagnostics, and large datasets to identify high-impact opportunities
  • Define business problems by scoping work, sizing opportunities, and setting success metrics and measurement approaches
  • Translate business needs into delivery requirements, including data sources, definitions, logic, and success criteria for analytics and technology partners
  • Drive delivery through build, user testing, and workflow rollout for advisor-facing tools and process improvements
  • Align stakeholders to remove blockers, manage dependencies, and keep work on track through clear operating rhythms
  • Communicate decisions, progress, results, and tradeoffs to working teams and senior leaders using crisp narratives and visuals
  • Measure outcomes through dashboards and reporting, monitor performance lift, and refine solutions based on quantified results while supporting governance and controls

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Seven years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analytics, consulting, or product strategy
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and using common analysis tools such as spreadsheets, structured queries, or business intelligence tools to drive decisions
  • Experience defining key performance indicators, success metrics, and measurement plans that connect work to business outcomes
  • Experience translating business problems into structured requirements for analytics and technology teams, including clear definitions and acceptance criteria
  • Experience leading cross-functional workstreams and driving outcomes without direct authority
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior and cross-functional audiences
  • Ability to execute across multiple concurrent initiatives from problem definition through delivery, measurement, and iteration

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in wealth management, financial services, or advisor-led sales models
  • Familiarity with lead management ecosystems and customer relationship management platforms
