About the Role:

The IT Systems Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining core systems including Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and network security components such as firewalls. The role involves continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and upgrading of systems to support business operations and safeguard data. The IT Systems Administrator collaborates with various departments to implement security policies and maintain asset inventories, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
