  • Perform system configuration, report development, and conduct unit/system testing
  • Develop UAT scripts with Super Users and support testing
  • Provide Go-live support and troubleshoot issues during testing
  • Offer first-level technical support to implementation teams and ongoing operations
  • Drive process improvements and coordinate with technology teams for issue resolution

Full Job Description

Job Purposes

To deliver IT solutions to internal and external stakeholders, in-line with business objectives and operational requirements;

To provide professional IT service delivery;

To drive system usage, and support digitalization and innovation initiatives within MCL / MSK.

Responsibilities:

Implementations

  • IT System Analyst

    • Joining workshops for drafting SDD / BusNar with internal and external stakeholders

    • Creating FBRs and any CRs from the workshops, including

      • integration technical requirements

      • dashboard and reporting requirements

      • new system functions

    • Performing system configuration and report development

    • Performing unit testing, system testing on the CRs, configuration, reports, and integration

    • Conducting Super User training, if required

    • Working with Super Users to create UAT scripts, and to assist the testing with operation users

    • Troubleshooting and coordinating resolution for issues found during testing

    • Providing support during Go-live and Hyper care period

Technical Support / BAU Request Support

  • First-level support to both implementation teams and ongoing operations.

  • Developing labels, reports, and interfaces as needed.

  • Providing post-production support to ensure system stability and issue resolution.

  • Coordinating with other technology teams (e.g., AOT, PE, GIT, and others) to address issues.

  • Driving process improvements, which may involve taking a leading role in projects or Change Requests (CRs).

  • Coordinating with various teams and informing operations and customers about planned downtimes, code freezes, and other system maintenance activities.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Qualification/Certification:

Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management or equivalent practices Having CCNA, PMP, IELTS, TOEIC, etc. is a plus

Competencies:

Must-have

  • Work experience as developer, technical consultant or business analyst

  • Knowledge in one of supply chain execution (SCE) systems such as WMS, TMS, OMS, CMS, etc.

  • Good command of English skills

  • Programming skills using 1+ coding language, Excel VBA, and PowerBI

  • Able to work independently and proactively under minimal supervision

  • Attention to details and result-oriented mindset

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of ERP system, Ecom platform, Network & Infrastructure

  • Been working in global corporation and coordinating with multiple onsite and offsite teams

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of B2B or B2C warehousing services in any of the following verticals: FMCG, Fashion and Apparel, X-dock, etc.
