Kish Bank is looking for an experienced IT manager to own the infrastructure, service delivery, and end-user computing environment that keeps a $2 billion (and growing) community bank running. This is a working manager role with real technical scope -- you'll lead a team of analysts and systems administrators, hold the infrastructure, and serve as the technical authority for enterprise IT within our team.
What You'll Own- The bank's server, network, cloud (Microsoft Azure), and end-user computing environment -- availability, performance, security, and documentation.
- ITIL-aligned ITSM processes (incident, change, and problem management) and the ITSM platform.
- Tier 2/3 service desk operations, including ticket workflow, SLAs, KPIs, and escalation paths, in partnership with our separately managed Tier 1 support team.
- Major incident response process, including post-incident reviews and root cause resolution.
- Vendor relationships and the hardware/software asset lifecycle within the infrastructure domain.
- A close working partnership with Information Security on vulnerability remediation, FFIEC-aligned controls, and audit findings -- you're the operational bridge between security policy and infrastructure reality.
What You'll Bring to the teamBeyond running your team, you'll be expected to advise senior IT leadership on systems architecture, patching strategy, network decisions, and platform capabilities. If you're someone who translates technical complexity into clear options and recommendations rather than waiting to be asked, this role is built for you.
What We're Looking For- 5-8 years of progressive IT experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure -- servers, networking, cloud environments.
- Strong ITIL foundation and working experience with an enterprise ITSM platform.
- Experience in a regulated industry; banking or financial services preferred.
- Clear communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Occasional travel to branch locations required. Shared on-call participation is part of the role.
