Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a Full Time IT Security Architecture and Engineering Manager to join our IT Security Architecture and Engineering team located at the Information Technology working 8:00AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.

Summary:
Performs and coordinates IT Security Architecture and Engineering services focused on all Chickasaw Nation operations and support areas. Provides leadership and oversees implementation for IT security-related endeavors including enterprise and business-aligned initiatives. Responsible for management of IT security proactive and preventative services to support confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information technology resources and data.

Responsibilities:
* Develops and maintains documentation as appropriate - files, logs, records, reports, etc.
* Ensures employees and resources complete assigned training and development
* Maintains knowledge of, follows, and enforces all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Plans staff to meet operational needs
* Develops, communicates, monitors location- or function-specific procedures and guidelines
* Monitors and improves work performance of assigned teams as a whole and as individuals
* Oversees and manages assigned area
* Meets goals by establishing productivity, quality and service standards, and identifies improvement opportunities
* Serves as a member of the leadership team, providing input on overall strategic direction of the institution and serves on various committees
* Ensures all outcomes and deliverables meet organizational goals, objectives, and quality standards
* Prepares weekly reports
* Develops and implements comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect the casino, its assets, and patrons
* Stays informed about emerging security threats, trends, and technologies relevant to the gaming industry, and proactively identifies and implements appropriate risk mitigation strategies
* Provides daily leadership for proactive and preventative information security activities and personnel including hands on involvement as necessary to ensure achievement of objectives
* Assess knowledge, skills, and abilities of IT security personnel and participate in the career development of assigned personnel
* Coordinates IT security assessments and develop prioritized remediation plans as necessary
* Oversees and participates in delivery of security services in support of Enterprise initiatives as well as supporting across all business areas
* Provides requirements, evaluation, and feedback for procurement of security solutions
* Identifies obstacles preventing compliance with information security standards and drives issue resolution process
* Ability to perform as a "player/coach" performing both as a manager and as well as a security professional in the execution of job duties
* Participates in verification of security incidents and participates in security incident response analysis, containment, eradication, and restoration
* Performs root cause analysis of service and security incidents and recommends corrective actions
* Provides support for information security policy, regulatory, contractual, and statutory requirements
* Provides expertise to internal customers regarding IT security requirements, security recommendations, and support for security-related requests
* Collaborates with other teams to ensure information systems meet or exceed security standards and certification requirements
* Maintains knowledge of current advancements in IT security techniques and technology solutions
* Performs all other duties as assigned
