Work you'll do/Responsibilities - Lead project-based testing across core SAP modules including Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), Record to Report (RTR), Plan to Produce, and related functional areas, ensuring test scope and coverage are aligned to Otsuka's risk-based testing approach.
- Design and execute test scenarios and test cases for SIT, UAT, OQ, and PQ phases, maintaining traceability from requirements through execution evidence.
- Coordinate UAT activities end-to-end - scheduling sessions, aligning business testers onsite, managing entry/exit criteria, facilitating execution, and driving timely stakeholder sign-off.
- Communicate testing status, defect summaries, and release readiness updates to onsite testing leads and Otsuka project managers on a regular cadence, ensuring visibility across nearshore and onsite teams.
- Manage defect lifecycle through full cycle - logging, triage, tracking resolution with SAP development and configuration teams, and confirming closure - maintaining clear stakeholder visibility throughout.
- Proactively identify and escalate testing risks, blockers, and scope gaps to delivery leadership and onsite client teams, driving resolution with defined ownership and timelines.
- Ensure testing documentation meets Otsuka's quality and evidence standards, including test plans, test logs, defect reports, and sign-off artifacts.
- Coordinate with onsite testing resources, offshore team members, and Otsuka's SAP project teams to maintain testing momentum and alignment across time zones.
- Support COTS configuration-only validation cycles for SAP change projects, following SOP-defined testing paths where configuration changes proceed directly to UAT.

Qualifications Required- 5 years + strong SAP functional awareness and project testing leadership experience

• Experience preparing V&V status reports and release/qualification readiness updates.
• Experience supporting CAPA, change control, and periodic review activities for validated manufacturing systems. - Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,200 - $145,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
