Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience managing software development initiatives, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead IT projects through the full SDLC.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings and status updates.
• Manage project scope, deliverables, and change requests.
• Monitor project budgets and resource utilization.
• Maintain project documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
• 5-15 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing software development projects.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, CAPM, or other PMI certification.
• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience managing Agile or hybrid software development projects.
• Strong tenure with previous employers and demonstrated project continuity.
