Full Job Description
This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects for healthcare organizations. The individual will act as a key liaison between the client and Optum Connect, ensuring smooth coordination and successful delivery of projects within the healthcare domain.

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Person will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects for the client's clinical and non-clinical projects
  • Will identify and define business, functional and interface requirements
  • Responsible for defining project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with healthcare regulations and organizational goals
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Will be responsible for collaborating with clinical, administrative and IT teams to gather requirements
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation for audits and compliance
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure transparency in progress tracking

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably in a healthcare or technology environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including prior experience working with onshore healthcare clients
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, MS Office and familiarity with MS Project or similar project management tools
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and SDLC processes
  • Solid orientation toward customer service and teamwork


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Prior working experience with ServiceNow for project tracking and management
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Solid team-oriented skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams
