Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and key updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage project documentation, change management activities, and project closeout processes, including lessons learned.
- Coordinate resources across departments and manage external vendors or subcontractors as needed.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field required; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of three years of project management experience or experience in a related field required.
- Minimum of three years managing complex cross-functional projects required.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products required.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, MURAL, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
