Overview

Overview: 

The UpgradeManageris responsibleensuring the successfulproject management anddelivery of thecustomer environment upgradesandinternalinitiatives fortheallHealthedge products. In this role, you will beworking acrosscross teamsand departments,buildstrongpartnershipandrelationshipsand will ensurea track recordof on-timedelivery with excellent customer satisfaction.Usingstandardproject management methodologies, theUpgradeManager is a hands-on leader who will manage all aspects of the delivery. This person will manage a team of infrastructure, customersuccessand customer support resources in a matrixed environment.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with team and department leadersfor the delivery of project-based activities.
  • Provide estimates and project charter documentation in support of on-going and new department initiatives
  • Maintain direct control over project planning. Must be able to set upmeasures to build the proper foundation that will be a stepping-stone to project success.
  • Develop and manage the overall program/project plans and timeline, including key milestones and dependencies, andtrackingprogress against the plan.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, product management, and security, to develop and execute the migration strategy.
  • Identifyand manage project risks and issues, and drive resolution of roadblocks to keep the program on track.
  • Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality, bestpracticesand meet customer requirements.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and executive leadership, including regular program updates and presentations.
  • Demonstrate excellence and provenexperience indeveloping project plans andmanaging project stakeholders, project teams, risks,schedulesand budgets.
  • Participate and contribute thought leadership to help drive Customer Operations strategies.
  • Actas a liaison between various internal organizations (Engineering, Professional Services, Product Management, etc.) for project-based continuity.
  • Provide thought leadership vis-vis best practices to help scale and improve the organization.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Strong knowledge of industry business practicesand value offerings.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills

**The annual US base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $91,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will bedeterminedduring the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to,your skills, experience,qualificationsand education.
