The IT Project Manager will serve as a critical partner to Network Engineering and Operations, driving execution, structure, and visibility across site readiness initiatives. This role operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment supporting multi-site deployments, M&A integrations, and network infrastructure readiness.
TheITProjectManageris responsible for leading and delivering complexprojects within the workflow and storage domains. This role overseesprojectplanning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. TheITPM collaborates with cross-functional teams, managesprojectrisks, and ensures the successful implementation of solutions that optimize business processes and storage infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-endprojectmanagement for initiatives related to workflow automation and storage systems.
Defineprojectscope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
Develop detailedprojectplans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary.
Identify and manageprojectrisks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate resources, facilitate meetings, and drive communication amongprojectparticipants.
Ensureprojectdeliverables meet quality standards and comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular status updates and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Foster effective partnerships with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal solution delivery.
Evaluate and implement new technologies or processes to improve workflow efficiency and storage performance.
Support post-implementation review and transition to operational teams.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience inITprojectmanagement, including experience with workflow and storage systems.
1+ years of storage and workflow domain (network engineering, compute storage engineering, cloud storage)
2+ years expereince managing large-scale, complexprojects.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field
ProjectManagement certification (PMP, SAFe, or equivalent)
Additional Information
This position follows a Hybrid work style (2-3 days a week in office). The candidate must live close to one of our designated IT locations: Louisville, KY; Tampa, FL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Dallas/Frisco, TX; Boston, MA; Washington, D.C: Atlanta, GA; NYC NY; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL, or Charlotte, NC.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$86,300 - $118,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
