Full Job Description
Help shape how Technology supports mergers and acquisitions. As the Technology M&A PMO Lead, you will guide complex integration initiatives, strengthen M&A processes, and create clear, reusable knowledge that helps teams work with speed and confidence.

You will collaborate with Technology and business leaders, integration management offices, acquisition partners, and external vendors. Your project leadership, content management expertise, and continuous improvement mindset will help teams deliver successful integration outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple Technology M&A projects, coordinating priorities, deliverables, milestones, resources, and dependencies across Technology and business teams.
  • Build and maintain M&A project plans, process documentation, templates, playbooks, lessons learned, and other knowledge assets.
  • Partner with integration management offices to align M&A processes, training, tools, and support across workstreams.
  • Improve the quality and consistency of M&A project execution by identifying process gaps and recommending practical solutions.
  • Develop clear governance and reporting practices that give leaders visibility into project progress, risks, issues, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate project schedules and assignments while building effective working relationships across internal teams, acquisition partners, and external vendors.
  • Support Technology integration budget management by helping track spending, forecasts, and alignment with project priorities.
  • Guide project teams in applying appropriate project management, content management, Agile, and software development lifecycle practices.
  • Lead the design and organization of M&A content within platforms such as SharePoint Online and Confluence.
  • Publish accurate, timely project status reports and executive-level materials.
  • Evaluate alternative approaches and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and the user experience.
  • Explore responsible uses of artificial intelligence to streamline processes, strengthen knowledge management, and reduce manual work.
  • Provide thought leadership and consultation on project governance, process design, and content strategy.
  • Stay informed about advances in project management, knowledge management, collaboration platforms, and M&A practices.


Required Qualifications
  • At least five years of project management and content or knowledge management experience.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Working knowledge of common Technology and business practices, including Agile and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience developing project plans, governance materials, status reports, process documentation, and reusable knowledge assets.
  • Experience using SharePoint, Confluence, or similar content and collaboration platforms.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, organize competing priorities, and move work forward with limited direction.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing clear, accurate work.
  • Ability to work effectively with Technology leaders, business partners, acquisition teams, and external vendors.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or divestitures.
  • Familiarity with M&A transaction terms, integration activities, and governance practices.
  • Experience supporting Technology integration budgets, spending, or forecasts.
  • Experience leading project managers, analysts, specialists, or technical team members.
  • Experience using artificial intelligence or automation to improve project and content management processes.
  • Experience designing knowledge structures, sites, or content experiences in SharePoint Online or Confluence.
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, information technology, business, or a related field.
  • Project management, Agile, or change management certification.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 110,500 - 184,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
