We're looking for an IT Program Manager for a remote role.Skills & Qualifications:- 5 years of related experience required
- Experience with:
- Data management, data mapping, data modeling, and governance
- Risk management and regulatory demands
- Information technology, including a medium to high-level of proficiency related to IT terminology, operations, and functions
- Developing a budget and tracking budget expenses
- Advanced understanding of program/project management best practices, methodologies, and lifecycle
- Applied knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management tools
- A strong self-starter, takes initiative, can easily see the big picture to analyze, summarize, and effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Suite, including Excel and Word)
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure program activity maintains alignment with the company's strategic priorities
- Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Prepare and complete action plans
- Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
Education/Certifications:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent in a related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
- PMP, CSM, and/or SAFe certifications are highly desirable
The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $145,000.
