Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Product Owner with deep expertise in Deal Pricing within the pharmacy and healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy and technology execution to shape, deliver, and continuously evolve enterprise pricing capabilities. This individual will combine strong product management and technical acumen to lead cross-functional workstreams, influence solution direction, and deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable business value.

What You Bring
  • 10+yrs of overall IT Product Owner - Deal Pricing experience
  • Must have "Deal pricing / Drug pricing" experience as a software product owner
  • At least 2-3yrs of relevant hands-on experience in SAP COPA, Product Costing, Drug Categories, Contracts, Drug Wholesale, and B2B pricing
  • 7+ years of experience in field related to drug pricing, finance covering product economics as a Software Product Manager/ Product Owner
  • Technical background in Deal Pricing / Drug pricing processes
  • Communication to multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to work with both Business Users as well as technical aspects including understanding of programming code.
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter
  • Understands processes and procedures associated with enterprise applications.


Preferred Skills
  • Thorough understanding of Pharmacy & Healthcare IT Business side
  • Experience working in an Agile / SAFe Lean environment using Jira preferred


Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities that align with business objectives and maximize customer and business value.
  • Lead the execution of cross-functional workstreams, manage the product backlog, write user stories, and prioritize features while balancing business priorities, technical debt, and platform investments.
  • Embed AI into both pricing capabilities and team ways of working by identifying opportunities to automate processes, accelerate delivery, and improve decision-making through generative AI, intelligent agents, and predictive analytics.
  • Influence technical direction across business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated, end-to-end pricing solutions.
  • Collaborate with System Architects and Engineering teams to understand and prioritize enabler work, participate in solution demonstrations, validate product completeness, and accept PI and solution outcomes.
  • Apply expertise in SAP CO-PA, Product Costing, Drug Categories, Contracts, Drug Wholesale, and B2B pricing to guide product strategy and solution design.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to understand customer needs, define and track KPIs, evaluate business outcomes, and continuously optimize product performance.
  • Apply knowledge of product management, engineering, UX/UI, forecasting, pricing economics, impact and sensitivity analyses, and scenario modeling to deliver innovative pricing capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile delivery while driving adoption of modern product management and AI-enabled delivery practices.Ensure product completeness

$136,500 - $227,500
