Job Description:POSITION SUMMARY - Lead and manage IT Optimization supporting more than 6 practices, driving system performance, scalability, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Oversee performance monitoring, ServiceNow problem management, downtime coordination, change management, and regulatory compliance to ensure system reliability and business continuity.
- Direct optimization projects from inception to completion - managing timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and measurable efficiency improvements.
- Provide advanced technical oversight of imaging IT systems including PACS, worklists, VNA, VR, advanced visualization, AI, NLP platforms, VPN configurations, and server-workstation integrations.
- Serve as an escalation point and cross-functional liaison - collaborating with internal teams, vendors, radiologists, and clients to resolve issues, improve workflows, reduce recurring problems, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- This position supports the following time zones: Alaska Time (AKST/AKDT), Pacific Time (PST/PDT), and Mountain Time (MST/MDT).
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- 5-7+ years of IT management experience focused on system performance, optimization, and process improvement - healthcare and radiology experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Systems or related field preferred, or equivalent progressive IT experience.
- Strong leadership, team development, and mentoring capabilities with the ability to align teams to enterprise strategy. '
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a strong customer-first mindset, adaptability to new technologies, and a high level of integrity and professionalism.

COMPENSATION The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
