About YOU
You are a creative and solutions-focused IT leader who sees technology as more than systems and infrastructure. You think holistically about the end-user experience and are always looking for ways technology can make work simpler, more intuitive, and more effective. A natural problem solver and creative thinker, you enjoy approaching challenges from different angles and finding practical, innovative solutions.
You bring strong leadership skills and are confident providing direction, developing your team, and creating an environment where people feel supported and accountable. Collaborative, curious, and hands-on when needed, you can move between strategic thinking and technical problem solving while exploring how emerging technologies, automation, AI, and data can improve the way an organization works.
The ROLE
As ROCK's IT Operations Manager, you will provide technical leadership and operational oversight for our IT environment while helping advance ROCK's broader technology, data, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
This is a unique hybrid leadership and technical role where you will move between strategic planning, hands-on technical problem solving, day-to-day IT operations, and implementing new solutions. You will work closely with leadership and teams across the organization to translate business, clinical, and operational needs into practical, secure, and sustainable technology solutions.
You will oversee ROCK's IT support services and supervise the IT support team while serving as a technical escalation point for more complex issues. You will also play a key role in ROCK's Microsoft technology ecosystem, data infrastructure, automation and digital workflows, cloud-based applications, cybersecurity, privacy, records management, and emerging technologies, including AI.
