JOB TITLE[Biz Admin] IT Infra Innovation Tech Assistant Manager
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Identify requirements and develop/build new IT Infrastructures and applications
- Responsible for supporting and implementing next generation IT infrastructure technologies like P-5G/Wifi6 and Containerization technologies.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux based system.
- Monitor, analyze, and report metrics of IT Infrastructure.
- Demonstrate expertise in integrating and optimizing VMware vSphere for virtualization.
- Provide highly available and reliable IT services collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Motivate, mentor, and coach team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Support the Manager in strategic planning and operational decision-making.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE- Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience
- +5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of network terminologies, protocol, and infrastructures
- Expertise in Linux server administration and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated experience in providing support for cross-functional IT systems.
- Experience in Hypervisor and Virtualization solutions such as VMware vSphere, Hyper-V and Docker container
- Adequate understanding and experience in DB (Maria DB, Oracle, MSSQL, Tibero)
- Proficiency in programing languages
- Some familiarity with visualization tools like Grafana or Prometheus

Physical Demands

This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:
