Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program/project management within IT or Information Security, including SOX/SOC 2 audit experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or pre-IPO environments preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure and security fundamentals.
• Advanced skills in Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Familiar with change management/ITIL practices and SOX or SOC 2 frameworks.
• Ability to critically assess vendor documentation and security assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the quarterly OKR and project backlog process with the IT Director.
• Drive cross-project initiatives across IT Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Operations.
• Build and manage an end-to-end IT/Cyber change management program.
• Maintain reporting and dashboards for program health visualization.
• Drive the SOX ITGC, SOC 2, and IPO-readiness security roadmap.
• Track vulnerability management and vendor risk assessments against SLAs.
• Lead vendor evaluations and system implementations.
