Full Job Description
IT Business Analyst, AI Workflow to join our team. This is a hybrid position ideally based out of our office in Napa, CA, East Lansing, MI, or New York.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years working as a business analyst required

  • Experience with intelligent automation platforms preferred

Responsibilities:

Business Discovery & Workflow Analysis
  • Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders and operators.
  • Document current-state and future-state workflows.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, redundancies, and manual activities.
  • Produce actionable business requirements and workflow models.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of workflow improvement opportunities.
  • Discovery and documentation completed for prioritized business areas.
  • Workflow opportunities evaluated and prioritized based on business value.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction with requirements quality and completeness.

AI Workflow & Solution Design
  • Develop workflow specifications and solution designs.
  • Define business objects, relationships, decision points, and operational models.
  • Configure AI-enabled workflows within approved enterprise platforms.
  • Create prompts, workflows, automation rules, and operational logic.
  • Ensure solutions accurately model business operations.

Learning, Development, & Compliance
  • Maintain full compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and established standards (e.g. accurately recording time worked, Submitting PTO, mandatory corporate training)
  • Keep technical knowledge and skills current to effectively support department priorities.
  • Complete all performance and development activities including the performance review process in a timely manner.
  • Fulfill all required training and development obligations to maintain essential skills and credentials.
  • Complete all mandatory compliance courses on time, meeting corporate training standards.
  • Pursue additional learning opportunities that strengthen professional capabilities and contribute to team and organizational performance, with prior manager approval.

Other Duties Assigned
  • Support enterprise and departmental objectives by taking on assigned projects and delegated tasks with accountability, attention to detail, and timely execution.

Salary Range: $124,548 - $163,879. Compensation varies based on skills, knowledge, and education. We consider factors such as specialized skills, depth of knowledge in the field, and educational background to ensure fair and competitive pay.
