IT Applications Specialist - SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to join our Information Technology team in
St. Joseph, MO.
As an IT Applications Specialist, you will support and enhance Hillyard's SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment while partnering with business stakeholders to improve processes, develop integrations, and deliver scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement SAP solutions.
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud applications and business processes.
- Design and maintain integrations, workflows, automations, and system enhancements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Support application testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization efforts.
- Document system configurations, processes, and technical solutions.
- Participate in release management, change management, and application governance activities.
- Stay current on SAP technologies and recommend improvements that increase business value.
Qualifications Include- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
