Job Description

The ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Support production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
  • Follow all safety procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product assembly
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and product performance
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements

  • Knowledge of rotating equipment such as compressors, seals, packing, pumps, etc. fixed equipment such as steam tracing of vessel or piping, bolt torquing, flanged connections or mechanical systems (as applicable)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.

  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions (heat, noise, etc.)

SCHEDULE
  • Typically includes shift work, weekends, and overtime as needed

COMPENSATION

The annual base pay range for this position is $94,586 to $118,158. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
