Role SummaryFinance Leader, ISC Operations is responsible for working collaboratively with the Integrated Supply Chain Leader, Supply to support multiple distribution locations. The position is accountable for driving financials processes across the organization, creating collaborative thinking for all ISC locations, as well as, maintaining a culture of proactive compliance.
Ideally based in our North American Headquarters in Davidson, North Carolina, this position will report directly to the Finance Leader, Integrated Supply Chain for the Americas region.
Responsibilities• Lead and support growth and productivity initiatives.
• Lead and partner on Standards setting for distribution.
• Perform management reporting and analysis, including high level analytical skills in reviewing monthly, quarterly and year end results.
• Responsible for inventory management, reporting and controls across the network
• Assist, guide and review Long Range Planning, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Cultivate and promote a lean stewardship around process improvement and consistency across the distribution centers.
• Monitor and report financial performance, analyze and interpret operating results, investigate variances and unusual items; and evaluate their effect on operations.
• Mentor, lead and influence monthly forecasts, Risk and Opportunities for applicable locations
• Review and validate reported Productivity and Inflation to ensure accuracy and connectivity with financial results
• Ensure an ongoing culture of compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Partner with the local teams to provide financial leadership and guidance.
• Foster analytics vision and adoption throughout organization.
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance
• 7-10 years progressive experience
• 15% Travel Required
Key Competencies• Firm foundation in cost accounting principles and practices
• Solid understanding of US GAAP
• Experience managing internal controls and interfacing with auditors
• Excellent systems capabilities (ERP systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Dataiku)
• Good communication skills with ability to build strong relationships
• Must be able to work independently, multi-task, and work successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to adapt to and drive change effectively
