What You'll Do
As an IS Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting, optimizing, and advancing our enterprise technology platforms:
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune)
• Manage identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID (MFA, SSO, conditional access, RBAC)
• Lead and support cloud migration and modernization initiatives
• Strengthen security, compliance, and governance across M365 and Azure
• Support endpoint management (Intune/Endpoint Manager) and enterprise device strategy
• Provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving resolution
• Build automation solutions using PowerShell to improve operational efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver projects, support store technology, and enhance user experience
• Support AI enablement (Microsoft Copilot) with a focus on governance and adoption

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant Microsoft/Azure certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related experience AND;
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience directly supporting:
    • Enterprise server environments (Windows Server, iSeries, Hyper-converged, VMWare Virtualization, etc.) OR;
    • Enterprise network systems & protocols (Firewall, Router, SDWAN, Radius, DHCP, DNS, NAT, NAC, VPN, Vulnerability and Penetration testing, etc.) OR;
    • Enterprise applications & databases (Active Directory, Group Policy, MS SQL Database, Oracle Database) OR;
    • Store systems environments (POS updates/rollouts, POS & Central Server Management, Payment Systems, etc.)
