Job Description Summary:

Oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex and strategic projects. Ensures that projects align with organizational goals and objectives through a high level of leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:
  • Develops and executes strategic project plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Responds to complex project challenges, ensuring achievement of project goals amidst changing priorities. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provides robust leadership for project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Communicates project progress, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
  • Identifies, assesses, develops, and mitigates project risks. Ensures robust strategies are in place for project resilience and success.
  • Manages and optimizes resource allocation and project finances to meet strategic objectives and financial targets. Directs changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Upholds and enhances project deliverable quality through continuous improvement and best practice implementation. Ensures that project deliverables meet quality standards and guarantees proper documentation, handover, and review.
