The Customer Acquisition, Growth, and Engagement team (CAGE) is focused on streamlining and innovating around the new and returning user experience for Thumbtack. By adding value for users and meeting their needs, we can activate them as first time customers and convince them to return to Thumbtack to help solve future problems by ensuring their experience was a good one.
We accomplish this by focusing both on getting the fundamentals right around core experiences like login and auth, as well as by building new features that allow us to better understand user needs early in their journey to get them to the right place.
The challengeMany of the sorts of changes were making are unproven, and as a data driven company, we prefer to run experiments that vet our hypotheses. Given we have cross functional teams, if you like looking at user problems from a product or design perspective, youll be a great fit for this.
