About the Opportunity
Solaris Energy is searching for an experienced Investor Relations Analyst that will serve as a key communications bridge between Solaris Energy Infrastructure (NYSE: SEI) and the global investment community. You will translate complex financial and strategic information into compelling narratives that strengthen investor confidence and drive engagement. Working across finance, accounting, operations, legal, and marketing/communications, you'll support the full Investor Relations function - from quarterly earnings to market intelligence - in a high-visibility, high-growth environment. Includes the opportunity for some domestic travel to meet with investors.

Essential Functions
  • Earnings Support: Prepare drafts of earnings releases, scripts, Q&A documents, and slide decks; coordinate logistics and track post-earnings feedback.
  • Investor Materials: Create and maintain corporate presentations, fact sheets, IR website content, and briefing notes with clear, professional formatting.
  • Calendar & Event Management: Maintain the IR calendar; schedule conferences, roadshows, and analyst/investor days; prepare agendas and briefing packs.
  • Investor Engagement: Prepare talking points for calls/meetings; participate in select calls to capture feedback and handle routine inquiries.
  • Targeting & CRM: Analyze ownership data, segment investors by style/geography/sector, track engagement, and maintain investor databases.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor stock performance, peer comps, analyst consensus, and sector news; produce regular internal reports.
  • Sell-Side Coverage: Track analyst reports, rating changes, and price target updates; prepare materials for analyst interactions. Monitor analyst models for accuracy.
  • Additional Duties: Assist with 10-K/10-Q/8-K filings, ad-hoc investor inquiries, and special projects.

Experience/Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or Communications (CFA progress a plus)
  • 3-6+ years in investor relations or capital markets-related role such as investment banking, equity research (sell/buy-side) or institutional sales
  • Strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and financial data platforms; familiarity with infrastructure/energy/power sectors a plus
