ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs a senior Associate/Vice President at Stephens, you have significant responsibility in supporting senior bankers with business development, relationship maintenance and transaction execution, as you continually develop expertise within Healthcare Services. Key tasks include:
- Creation and execution of business development and marketing plans in coordination with Senior Bankers.
- Oversee the execution of live engagements, from the initial preparation phase through the closing of transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of work for junior Associates and Analysts.
- Recruit, educate, and train Investment Banking Associates and Analysts.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of experience as an Investment Banking Associate.
- Significant experience executing M&A transactions with a strong preference for Healthcare Services transaction experience
- Excellent analytical and modeling skills
- High energy with strong interpersonal, accounting and finance skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
