  • Mentor and manage Analysts, reviewing their financial models, pitch materials, and client presentations for accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models such as DCF, LBO, and merger models for valuation and transaction structuring.
  • Build sector expertise in Energy Transition and Utility & Communications Infrastructure by attending industry events and authoring thought pieces.
  • Manage client relationships through meetings, presentation preparation, and clear communication of updates.
  • Coordinate due diligence, liaising with clients, attorneys, accountants, and other stakeholders during transactions.

Overview

FMI Corporation is seeking an experienced investment banking professional to join FMI Capital Advisors-our registered broker/dealer and investment banking group-as an Associate within our Energy Transition and Utility & Communications Infrastructure practice.

In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary deal teams, manage day-to-day transaction execution, and engage directly with clients from the outset. The ideal candidate will thrive in our highly collaborative culture, which values initiative and offers significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.

This full-time opportunity requires 10-30% travel and will be based in our Cherry Creek office in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities

Compensation Information

$140K-$150K base salary plus annual bonus.
